What should I expect during my first appointment?

Your first appointment will begin with a consultation to discuss your medical history, lifestyle, and any specific concerns you may have. This will help me to tailor the treatment to your individual needs. You will then be given privacy to undress to your level of comfort and lie on the massage table, covered with a towel. The treatment will be conducted in a warm, quiet, and peaceful environment, with soft music playing in the background. You will be encouraged to relax and breathe deeply throughout the treatment.

What should I wear for my appointment?

Try to wear loose, comfortable clothing that can be easily removed. You will be given privacy to undress to your level of comfort and lie on the massage table, covered with a towel. Only the area being worked on will be uncovered at any given time. Please take a shower before your appointment to ensure pleasurable experience.

How will I feel after my treatment?

Most people feel very relaxed after a treatment. Some experience freedom from long-term aches and pains developed from tension or repetitive activity. After an initial period of feeling slowed down, people often experience increased energy, heightened awareness, and greater productivity, which can last for days. Since toxins are released from your soft tissues during a massage, it is recommended you drink plenty of water following your massage.

How often should I receive a massage?

For those who use massage as preventative care or to manage daily stress, one massage a month is common. Weekly sessions may be desirable if you are receiving massage for injury relief or to relieve chronic tightness that is interfering with your daily life. There are many people who incorporate massage therapy at least twice a month for optimal therapeutic relief.

What are the payment terms?

A deposit of £20 is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is payable at the end of your appointment. Payment can be made by cash, card, or bank transfer.

What is your cancellation policy?

I understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In my desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored: 12 hour advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment. Within 12 hours of your appointment, you have the option to reschedule your appointment. A missed appointment will result in a full charge of the scheduled service. Payable before your next appointment.

Do you offer mobile service?

Yes, I do offer outcall service to your home or hotel room covering whole of London. There is additional charge of £30 for this service. To prepare for a mobile service please take a shower and have some towels for covering and supporting your body. Please ensure there is enough space for the massage table and for me to move around it (approximately 3x2 meters). Alternative arrangements can be made for smaller spaces.
